BC TIGERS

BC Tigers Sports Club would like to thank all the Tiger Family and Friends who helped and made the MIRI PIRI Soccer Tournament a memorable soccer event of this summer.

We were blessed with best of the summer weather , gulped 6000 bottles of water, played soccer and ate lots of food and fruits over the weekend.

Friday night opening ceremony set the tone of the weekend after 200 balloons were released shortly after national anthem.

Ice sculptured Tiger with live Sheeru , bouncy castle and face painting on the field  cheered the kids all day. On site Ambulance with ATV mounted First Aid kept everyone safe from injuries and heat stroke. Our Tiger family members and friends did a tremendous task of waking up 4am to start cooking and serving hot food and cold drinks all day.

Bhangra performances and Mens Open Hurricanes win peaked the climax of the evening with over 1000 people watching the main event which was also telecasted live on TV.

At the end of the day there stood 36 brave Tigers cleaning up, packing up and going home 1 am back to their beds after 3 days to recover before they go to work.

Please don't poke a Tiger on Monday.
